Refund Policy
- Once a product has been successfully delivered, no refunds or returns can be applied for.
- If a product does not match its description or is not delivered within the stated time, you are eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
- Any bank fees or charges on a refund are borne by the buyer.
