Delivery

All products are digital and delivered via email.
Standard delivery time is 1 to 24 hours. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Make sure you provide the correct email address at checkout. If you’ve entered the wrong address, contact us immediately – corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once a product has been successfully delivered, no refund or return can be applied for.
A refund is applicable only if the product doesn’t match its listed description, or if it isn’t delivered within the stated timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Any bank or transaction fees incurred on a refund are borne by the buyer.

Every product comes with a set of activation instructions. These must be followed exactly as provided.
If a subscription or access issue arises from not following the provided instructions, that issue is not eligible for a refund or support.
Issues caused by the buyer’s own device, account settings, or software environment are not covered.
Please review each product’s description carefully before ordering. No complaints will be accepted for features or specifications not listed on the product page.

Creator Toolkit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any buyer who misuses a product or violates its intended use.
No refund will be applicable in cases of suspension due to misuse.
