By accessing or using the Website or the bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using them.

Creator Toolkit is an independent digital reseller operating under a trade name. We are not a registered legal entity at this time. We are not an official or authorised seller of any software, platform or service listed on this Website unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

Our Products & Services

Creator Toolkit curates and resells digital subscriptions, license keys, coupon codes, ready-made accounts and access links for third-party software and SaaS platforms. All products are digital.

Important: Creator Toolkit is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised reseller of any third-party software provider unless explicitly stated on the relevant product page. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Each product listing describes what is included, the activation method, any eligibility restrictions, the warranty type and delivery timelines. It is your responsibility to read the full product description before placing an order.

Where You Can Buy

Each product is sold through one channel only, shown on its product page:

• Website checkout – products with an “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button.
• Telegram bot – products with a “Buy on Telegram” button. These are purchased through @CTshoppiebot. You must join our Telegram channel to use the bot.

Purchases made through the Telegram bot are covered by these Terms and our Refund & Purchase Policy. Credits added to your bot wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for purchases in the bot.

Warranty Types

Every product page states one of the following:

• Full Warranty – covered for the period stated on the product page, as set out in our Refund & Purchase Policy.
• Limited Warranty – covered only for the specific period or condition stated (for example, a login or holding warranty).
• Non-Warranty – redeem warranty only. The code or activation link is guaranteed to work when delivered and must be redeemed immediately. Links may stay valid for 24 hours or more, as stated on the product page. Once redeemed, there is no warranty, refund or replacement.

If your cart contains a Non-Warranty item, you must tick a checkbox at checkout confirming you accept these terms before you can place the order. We keep a record of this acceptance with your order.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases on Creator Toolkit are one-time transactions. There is no auto-renewal or recurring billing on our side. Any recurring charges that arise after activation are governed by the third-party platform’s own billing terms, not by Creator Toolkit.

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI – no additional charges.
• Crypto.
• PayPal – a 7% handling fee is added at checkout. PayPal may not be available for some products or for smaller orders.

If you can’t pay by UPI or Crypto, contact us and we may be able to process your order manually.

Prices follow our suppliers’ costs and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the product description and accept these Terms and our Refund & Purchase Policy.

Delivery

All website orders are delivered digitally via email, usually automatically. Standard delivery time is 1 to 24 hours. In exceptional circumstances, such as a product going out of stock after you pay, delivery may take up to 7 working days. We will email you if your order is delayed.

You are responsible for providing the correct email address at the time of ordering. If you entered an incorrect email address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Activation & User Responsibility

Every product comes with activation instructions. You are responsible for following them exactly as provided. Creator Toolkit is not liable for access failures arising from:

• Failure to follow the provided activation instructions
• Not activating or redeeming within the time stated on the product page
• Issues caused by your own device, software environment or account settings
• Providing incorrect account details at the time of ordering
• Violating the third-party platform’s own terms of service

No refund or support will be provided in the above circumstances.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly through support.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that was delivered as described is a breach of these Terms. In that case, we will:

• Submit our order records to your payment provider, including the delivery email, the product description you accepted and any checkbox acceptance recorded at checkout.
• Suspend your account and refuse future orders.
• Treat threats of chargebacks or disputes used to pressure a refund as an attempt at fraud.

User Accounts

The Website allows users to create accounts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or misuses the Website or any product purchased through it.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this Website, the Telegram bot or any product purchased through them to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility for any product
• Resell, redistribute or share access delivered to you without authorisation
• Introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks or attempt unauthorised access to our systems
• Circumvent the activation or eligibility requirements stated on any product page

Any such breach will result in immediate termination of your account and access, with no refund applicable. We reserve the right to report serious breaches to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Service Suspension & Changes

Creator Toolkit reserves the right to:

• Suspend or withdraw access to the Website, the Telegram bot or any product at any time for operational or business reasons
• Modify, add or remove products from the catalogue at any time
• Move a product between the Website and the Telegram bot
• Change pricing and availability without prior notice
• Update these Terms at any time

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where possible. Continued use of the Website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website – including text, design, graphics and product descriptions – is owned by or licensed to Creator Toolkit. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

Creator Toolkit does not guarantee that third-party platforms or subscriptions delivered through this Website will remain available, unmodified or uninterrupted beyond what is stated in the relevant product listing and its warranty type. Access to third-party services is ultimately governed by those platforms’ own terms and decisions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For buyers outside India, certain consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply and cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override rights you hold under mandatory local consumer law.
