Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a shared account or login?

No. Manus is delivered to your own email as a license key. You're the only user on the account - no shared workspace, no team login shared across buyers.

There are two different credit numbers - 300 and 4,000. How do they work together?

They're separate pools, not one rolling into the other. The 300 daily refresh credits are specifically for Manus 1.6 Lite and reset every day. The 4,000 monthly credits are your main allowance for standard usage across everything else Manus does. Using one doesn't draw down the other.

Does this work on any Manus account?

No. It only works on a fresh account - one with no prior subscription, and no previous trial. If the email you give us has used Manus before at a paid tier or trial, activation won't go through. Use a fresh email if your main account doesn't qualify.

Can I redeem this more than once on the same account to extend my access?

No. Each subscription redeems once per account, for the 1-year period stated. It doesn't stack - buying it again on an account that's already activated won't add a second year on top.

What happens after my 1 year is up - can I renew through Creator Toolkit?

Not on the same account. Once a year has been used, that account isn't eligible again - you'd need to activate on a fresh account, or move to an official subscription directly with Manus going forward.

What happens if there's an issue with activation?
